Job description

• Understand the clients’ IT environment
• Search the available databases/job portals for suitable IT professionals
• Establish rapport with consultants
• Submit the candidates and coordinate at every level to get the consultants hired
• Should have working knowledge in recruiting consultants on Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2
• Working timings would be as US (EST or PST) timings (Night shift)
• Should have working exp. with US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and EADs.

Desired Profile
