Mani Krishnamurthy - Founder & President

Founder Mani Krishnamurthy launched Congruent in 1994 as an IT services and contingent staffing company.

Mani Krishnamurthy, Founder and President of Congruent Software, is an entrepreneur and investor for over 15 years. Through organic growth and a few acquisitions, Congruent is a 200+ person company, based in Seattle, WA and Chennai, India. Before launching Congruent, Mani was a technology consultant in the UK, Australia and California, with several Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, IBM and Starbucks Coffee.

Mani has been involved in offshore software development and project management since 1985. Having spent his early career as a programmer and offshore custom business application development consultant, Mani gained a deep understanding of the nuances involved in off shoring success. Since launching Congruent, Mani has focused the company's approach on finding the best technical and fiscally responsible solution possible.

Mani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Asish Datta - General Manager

Asish Datta heads Congruent, India. Being a Chartered Accountant with substantial experience of over 14 years in manufacturing domain, Asish joined hands with Congruent team in September 2004. Asish’s versatile skills and experience in various functional areas of management and administration includes from rendering astute leadership to run and sustain the company’s business, through formulating company strategies and goals, monitoring and leading the company’s change process, reviewing operations and fiscal performance to flourish Congruent as a profit-driven company. In addition to this, his ability to endure and weather economic fluctuations, business challenges and effective project management skills to handle a row of clienteles from different regions such as US, Maldives, Middle East, Mauritius and India reap up a persistent business relationship.

Shanmugam Ramanathan - Head of Technology Services and Deliveries

Shanmugam’s years of industry experience in the fields of Manufacturing and Software development has architected and executed several enterprise scale applications for fortune 500 customers like Starbucks, 3M, Microsoft and many more. His solid technical strength, coupled with strong understanding of several domains has positioned him to work closely with our global clients, thus helping them to transform their vision into a working application.

Robin W. Kulasekararaj - Practice Head DW/BI

Robin has built the Datawarehousing and Business Intelligence practice from ground up in Congruent. He has years of experience in DW & BI projects and programs with hands on experience in different BI tools. Robin also has experience in the manufacturing, auto component, retail, food and beverage industries. At Congruent, he is responsible for innovation service portfolio expansion and source strategic relationships. Robin holds a engineering degree in electrical and electronics followed by a master degree in business from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.

Ananda Jothi Balakrishnan – Head of Quality Management

Ananda, being a Computer Science Engineering graduate, with substantial IT experience of more than 10 years with a leading Indian IT giant, now heads Software Testing and Quality Assurance division at Congruent, India. Ananda plays a significant role to reform and manage the software engineering process and methods to certainly ensure the quality of deliverables across technical-business divisions at Congruent. Apart from being the head of the QA division, she also heads critical client projects at Congruent as a Project Manager.

Rajesh Asher - Head of Business Development

Rajesh Asher leads Business Development department in Congruent. In Congruent, he started his career as Sales and Marketing Manager and fostered his skills to the level of head of business development by inducing drastic sales within a reasonable span of time. Rajesh’s professional background is enriched with experience in the manufacturing industry.

A.G Vadhana - Head of Operations

Vadhana manages the operations at Congruent. Her sole purpose is to find ways to make the company more prolific by providing effective methods in its business operations. She prepares program budgets, facilitates several programs around the company, controls inventory and handles logistics.

K. Priya - Head of Human Resources

Priya heads the human resource division in Congruent. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, Priya manages the Human Capital function at Congruent. She started her career as a System Programmer later moving in to the Human Resource domain with a Master’s degree in HR and Finance. Joined congruent in the year 2004, Priya has been delivering some of the best talent in the industry for the organization and guaranteeing the organization the essential competitive edge as a ‘Leader’.
