Mani Krishnamurthy - Founder & President
Founder Mani Krishnamurthy launched Congruent in 1994 as an IT services and contingent staffing company. Before launching Congruent, Mani was a technology consultant in the UK, Australia and California, with several Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, IBM and Starbucks Coffee.

After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Madras University in India, Mani entered the technology industry in 1983. He has been involved in offshore software development and project management since 1985. Having spent his career as a programmer and offshore custom business application development consultant, Mani gained a deep understanding of the business processes of several key industry verticals including manufacturing, distribution and core financial. Since launching Congruent, Mani has focused the company's approach on finding the best technical, fiscally responsible solution possible.

Shailesh kumar Limaye, Director, Finance (India)
Shailesh kumar Limaye joined Congruent as a partner in 2000. He is an entrepreneur
with a successful distribution and retail business serving various international
brands. He brings with him 20 years of commercial and marketing experience. At Congruent
he is responsible for driving the Sales and Marketing team.

Asish, Manager, Technology Services & Deliveries (India)
Asish joined Congruent team in Sep 2004 bringing with him a wealth of experience gained over a period of 14 years.
He is a Chartered Accountant and having a rich knowledge in manufacturing domain.
Asish heads the Technology Services & Deliveries of Congruent.

He has excellent project management and customer interaction skills, which helped ensure high customer satisfaction and contributed to winning repeat orders.
He has handled clients from different region like US, Maldives, Middle East, Mauritius and India

Rajesh, Business Development Manager (India)
Rajesh leads Business development efforts in Congruent India.
He began his career at Congruent as a Manager Sales and Marketing led the sales force in performance within a very short time span.

Rajesh’s background includes experience in the Manufacturing, Sales / Marketing and Hi –End security systems and he is particularly strong in aligning technology with Bottom Line Business Goals.
